$86,000 Won on Lottery's '40th Anniversary' Scratchers Ticket

The first of four $86,000 prizes has been claimed in the Missouri Lottery’s “40th Anniversary” Scratchers game. The winning ticket was purchased at QuikTrip, 1500 Zumbehl, in St. Charles.

The win marks the fifth Lottery player to win $50,000 or more in St. Charles so far this year.

Celebrating 40 years of the Missouri Lottery, the “40th Anniversary” Scratchers game began on Dec. 29. To date, players have won over $19.7 million in prizes playing the $20 game. Over $31.1 million remain in unclaimed prizes, including three additional third-tier prizes of $86,000, a second-tier prize of $100,000 and a $2 million top prize.

In FY25, St. Charles players won more than $72.5 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $6.1 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $13.7 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
