Thanks to a suggestion from her father, a Missouri Lottery player in Barry County won a $100,000 prize on a “Super 7s” Scratchers ticket. She purchased the winning ticket at PQ Mart, 112 S. Oldwire Road, in Washburn.

“I don’t play very often, but my dad had played and told me I should get one,” the winner shared. “We were shocked when I won!”

So far, “Super 7s” players have won over $22.1 million. More than $85.4 million in prizes remain unclaimed, including three $3 million top prizes and two additional $100,000 prizes.

In FY25, players in Barry County won more than $5.1 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $495,000 in commissions and bonuses, and more than $1.3 million in Lottery proceeds went to educational programs in the county.
